La Casa Vieja is a charming family hotel in the heart of Asturias and 10 min drive from Oviedo. The house dates from 1940 and has been completely renovated in 2004 by a friendly family of father and daughter. Accommodation is not luxury but charming, clean and neat cozy rooms, friendly staff and lovely green countryside surroundings.
It’s located in Santa Eulalia (Santolaya in Asturian language), the capital of Concejo of Morcin, a small village but still with a branch of basic services: supermarket, bank, pharmacy, health center... The hotel is meant to any type of traveller: nature lovers will easily reach the green treks, those seeking a haven of peace can find it close enough to the city of Oviedo.
The Hotel has 9 rooms, all decorated in different styles and colors; it offers bed and breakfast, with both parking area and Wi-Fi free of charge. Rates come from 48.00 to 58.00 € plus VAT for a double room depending season.
